We will be going to Dupont Children's Hospital the first week in April to see Dr. Bober and Dr. Mackenzie. We are excited to see what they will say about our Lyla and anxious to see if she will need further testing or possible surgeries. We will see when we get there.
The best news we got today was that our insurance company will be paying Lyla's medical bills. We are estatic! Before today they only were willing to pay for 80% of her medical bills. Then we fought to get her doctors in-network and the insurance company agreed to pay 100%. It worked!!! YEAH!!!

ReplyDeleteHappy 6 months!!! I think cole started rolling over around this time too so I'm sure she will soon! Each milestone is so exciting, but i have to say it is even more exciting with our special ones!
ReplyDeleteGreat news on the insurance, it can be a real pain sometimes! Lyla is so adorable and I just love the pictures of both girls together. They just look so content with each other. I think you're going to love Dr. Bober and the other doctors at DuPont hospital. We don't live very far from there and started Jaxson's care with them (ended up switching to Johns Hopkins for insurance reasons......) Good luck!

So sweet!!! How is it possible that our babies are 6 months old?? I just can't believe it. Lyla seems to be doing great! We see Drs. Bober and Mackenzie and we just love them. I think you will be very happy with them. Congrats on getting your insurance company to step up - what an achievement!!
