Here are recent pics our beautiful daughter! Our Lyla turned 18 months! She is still not saying a whole lot, so I will be contacting early intervention to get her speech therapy. I had her hearing tested and she can hear us fine. She passed and did very well during the exam. She recently went to her ENT and her right ear tube is out but her left one is in. Her ENT said her right ear is not infected and it doesn't have any fluid at the present moment. When we called her ENT in Delaware he said to continue to watch the right ear and if it gets fluid, gets infected, etc. then we will have to get a second set of tubes put in. Also her tonsils and adenoids are enlarged which is very common for children with Achondroplasia. We will continue to have those checked as well but right now no surgery is needed. She continues to be a complete joy! Such a HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY girl!!

The weekend of St. Patrick's Day Eddie ran the NYC half marathon. We were supposed to go in for the weekend and spend some time alone without the kids overnight but unfortunately Emma came down with the stomach virus. So I stayed home to take care of her and Eddie went solo to hang with friends and to run the race. Eddie did AMAZING!!! Her ran the half marathon in 1 hour 22 minutes. He killed it!!! I am so proud of my hubby!!! Here are a couple of pics of his race.
